"I hired this company for a countertop and backsplash project and was very disappointed with the experience. Communication was poor, and key details were not clearly documented or confirmed prior to fabrication. A revised slab layout was never provided for approval, which led to avoidable design and fit issues. Installation took longer than represented and required on-site modifications. Most concerning, the backsplash was fabricated incorrectly around multiple electrical outlets, leaving openings that do not properly fit standard outlets or cover plates. When I raised these issues before final payment, I was met with lien threats rather than a good-faith effort to resolve the defects. I paid to move on, but do not consider the workmanship acceptable. I would caution future customers to insist on clear approvals and carefully inspect all work before final payment."

"I’m reluctantly writing this review. Joe and his team installed a fence on our residential property not quite four years ago at a cost of $30,000.00. I was initially disappointed with the planning and execution of the fence. The staggering of the panels on the property grade was erratic and haphazard. The height of the fence along the grade varies significantly from panel to panel. Over time, parts of the fence have come loose and have fallen off. The fence currently leans and panels are skewed. One portion of the fence, about four panels, was so significantly compromised I asked Joe to look into repairing it, he responded that repair would cost $2,000.00. I declined having him do the repair. Joe is a nice guy and responsive. And as I mentioned, I reluctantly write this, but I do want to warn any future customers of Joe that you may not be pleased with the work."

"So great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel."
