"Before choosing window king we had several companies come to our home. Pella, power and another smaller company. Then we had Sam from window king come by. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient with answering questions. We were impressed by the fact that he never pressured us to make a commitment. Afterwards I read many reviews and even looked up the okna company but we still weren't sold.. So I spoke with Sam again and he offered a better deal on the windows so we moved forward... Lisa called me to make arrangements.. when the mechanic came to take the measurements I was out and my daughter didnt give the proper instructions so they were wrong.. Again i spoke with Lisa and she had him come by and remeasure I was extremely grateful. After a couple of weeks I was wondering about the windows so I called and to my surprise Sam whom I was so impressed with was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.. I was so angry I wanted to cancel my order but Lisa spoke with me and was very apologetic. The next day Nick (the owner) called he was apologetic as well. He expressed how important customers are to him snd did everything in his power to correct the situation. During the next couple of days I got several calls from Lisa letting me know when the windows would come and who would install them. The day of install Rafeal, Anthony, and Shorty as they called him came on time, and ready to work. They did an awesome job Anthony worked especially hard.. The windows look amazing... They worked straight through and man it was hot that day.. they also cleaned up after themselves. Honestly had it not been for Lisa I would have gone elsewhere. She saved the day or sale.. Her customer service is amazing and to me seemed genuine.. I also wanted to mention that Nick came over while the windows were being installed and spoke with me again. If your looking fo windows that look great, and are installed professionally and efficient this is the place to go.. Just avoid Sam.. LISA, NICK, AND THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME HAPPY. "Very happy with our new windows. Took 4 weeks from the time the owner came out to measure to when they installed the new windows. They worked with our HOA and were a few hundred dollars leas than the other 2 proposald we got. Will be using them when we are ready tonreplace our side entry door."

"This was a four day project and Tom worked from 8am to several nights till 8pm. He worked alone and he made sure the site was totally cleaned perfectly before he left. The bedroom windows were installed in one day and he even went above and beyond by re-installing all the shades into the new woodwork. The kitchen window installation turned into a more challenging project than first anticipated. He meticulously installed custom woodworking to conceal several pipes and provided a finished customized look to the newly enlarged opening. In addition, he did a fabulous job removing and re-installing the outside siding. We could not have been more pleased with his skill, professionalism, and outstanding work ethic."

"I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. I was very happy with the date because I desperately needed the windows and thought it may take longer. On that morning Ron called to let me know what time the installers (Pedro and Carlos) would be there. They were definitely on time and were very friendly. Once the work was completed, I was asked to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. I was and am very happy and pleased with the look and overall professionalism from Ron and his workers. I am definitely going to use Eastern Glass Block again and would refer them! <br />"

After a branch shattered my ten-year-old skylight, Chris and Andy did a superb job replacing the sash and removing the glass. They did an incredible job as well with clean up and were all around great guys. Anyone thinking of installing a skylight or needing a repair should use this company!"

The install was scheduled for a busy graduation week, so Jim arranged installation so that all interior work was done first, as not to interrupt our plans. "The men responded promptly to my husband's call and set a date to install the shower doors, which we had ordered from an out of state company and which had already been delivered. They came promptly - in fact, they adjusted their work schedule to accommodate a doctor's appointment which my husband had to keep. They followed the manufacturer's directions for the installation procedure, made the minor adjustments to the doors which were needed, and installed them perfectly. They worked carefully and efficiently and removed all debris when the job was completed. Payment to this company must be made by check; they do not accept credit cards. We were very pleased, and highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again."

"He was a good window cleaner. In a way, he was counting windows. It was only 10 actual windows because it was double windows. So, it was far less than I was looking for. But, he did a great job on the 10 windows that he did. Then, he was supposed to come back to do some additional work that I was willing to pay for. But, he never returned my calls to set up a further meeting. The work that he actually did was good. But, he fell through in terms of follow up. If he had also been good on his administrative work, I would have given him an 'A.' But because he was a little bit slow in getting going and in particular, because he didn't follow up and be responsive with coming back as I had asked, it drops him down to a 'B.' His price was a little bit higher than I had anticipated for the number of windows he cleaned."
