It was facing my neighbor and flashing in their windows I immediately let them know and they wouldn't come out to fix it. I reached out the next day and they were too busy again. Then the day they were supposed to come they "got tied up " and couldn't make it again. I already paid them so I have no recourse. Extremely bad customer service. And very bad installation. Now I have to hire another company to come fix their mistakes."
