"John Deaville construction repaired my deck! We replaced pressurized treated wood (that had rotted) with Trex Select. He and his associates did a beautiful job of giving me a new foundation & deck floor. The price was right & the service of repair exceptional. We had to tweak the contract some, he was honest and easy to work with! To say I am pleased is an understatement….I love my new deck!!"

"Nick created a beautiful porch at our house overlooking the marsh. It is actually much nicer than the old wood porch and offers a more open view. Nick is highly skilled at all of the various tasks that were involved. He moves the project along quickly, is a good communicator, and does not nickel and dime you once the job begins. His quote for the job was very reasonable, especially considering all the work that was done."

"I needed to add a bathroom and utility area, but did not want to increase a footprint of the house and decided to incorporate my carport into a living area. It allowed me to save on roofing and foundation, but created certain logistical difficulties in the project. Mike and his crew have creatively addressed all the issues which allowed me to maximize the living area while still being compliant with all the building codes. Work on the project was well planned and performed according to the schedule. In fact it took longer to wait for building permit from the county than the project itself. I also wanted to point out that Mike possesses a rare quality for contractor, he is very punctual and responsive. He had returned all my calls/e-mails within a day and had addressed all my concerns or requests in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with Mike and his crew and I would hire them for my next project without hesitation."

"Jeff arrived at our scheduled time and introduced Wilbur(painter) and asked what all needs  to be done. Wilbur was very fast and most of all neatly. He did a wonderful job painting the room. Jeff and I have been trying to schedule this job for the past month. I had water damaged to the house and cancel several times. Jeff was very understanding and told me that whenever I was ready, he would come out. My concern was the expiration of the coupon. Jeff assure me that he would honor it  at any time I was ready to use it. Jeff and Wilbur was very friendly and a pleasure to have in my home.IT WAS WORTH  THE WAIT,THANK YOU JEFF AND WILBUR FOR A WONDERFUL JOB. I would highly recommend your company to my friends and family or anyone who is looking for a painter."

"I own 3 rental properties of which Paul has been the primary contactor on for multiple projects. He has installed windows, fences both wood & vinyl, new roof, rough electrical installation and framing, and plumbing on all 3. Paul finished an entire basement on one of them. He completed a wrap around composite deck on my primary home. Paul has proven him self to be a very hard working man with a keen sense to attention to detail. He is a visionary who has literally made suggestion to the projects at hand that led to design changes that far exceeded my initial thoughts and ended as what I can only describe as work of arts on many cases. Great sense of humor, work ethics and plain old nice guy."

"Brian was an outstanding contractor to work with to build our screened-in porch. His work ethic, expertise and professionalism were impeccable. He and his crew showed up at 8 am every morning and didn't leave until 5 pm, without fail. Our only complaint was not with him, but was with his concrete sub-contractor who did a less than stellar job. It is functional, but not very aesthetically pleasing. Brian did his best to make it right and fix it. Overall, we love our porch. I would recommend Carolina Coastal Builders, LLC to anyone and have already recommended him to a friend of mine."

"Hector and his team are hard working and completed an amazing job at one of our rental properties. We highly recommend them and would reach out to them for future projects. 3 bedrooms, 1 living area, 1 kitchen, 2 flights of stairs. Exceptional job installing LVPs. ☺️"
