"HLS gave me excellent service. I had in mind to mount the TVs one way, and Tom took the time to tell me what he would suggest and the reasons behind it. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! My way would have resulted in some very uncomfortable television viewing. Tom mounted 2 TVs (right out of boxes) in the perfect positions, hid the cable box, and all wires, programmed both TVs, and best of all cleaned up everything, and even vacuumed up his drywall dust."

"Perfect! My request was a bit odd because I don't always want surround sound, so Abraham set everything up with both a "sound through the TV" and surround sound mode. Everything was connected just as I wanted because we sat and talked about what I wanted before he did the setup. He asked me to talk to him before hand, and I sent him a list of my components. I had my TV set up before, but now I can play CD's, play DVD's, stream through my computer, and view photos on my TV screen. Worth ever penny!"

"I called to schedule a 1-hour in-home computer tune-up.  The person I spoke with seemed very professional and we made an appointment for 3:30 pm the next Friday.  ON the day of the appointment, my husband got a call at 9 am from someone who said he was coming to our house and was going to late.  The guy calling had trouble explaining who he was, but my husband figured out eventually that he was coming from Geek Choice and that he thought the appointment was at 9 am.  My husband explained that I wasn't home and that the appointment was actually scheduled for 3:30 pm.  The technician was pretty upset - despite the fact that he was half an hour away from our house at that time.  But he did agree to come at 3:30 pm.
At 3:50 pm, no sign of him.  I called to see what was going on.  He didn't apologize, just said he was caught in traffic -- that Friday afternoons are a bad time to be on the highway.  At the time, he was so far away that even without  traffic it would have taken him 30 minutes to get to our house.  I said we would need to reschedule and he seemed shocked.  I decided that with that level of customer service, I would just find someone else.
