In replacing the front steps they discovered we had another issue and that needed to be resolved before they could continue with their work. They could have said nothing but instead Bill Taylor pointed out the issue which could have cost us alot more money down the road.. and all these years later we still appreciate the job TBI did for us.. the pavers and front steps are still in great shape thanks to Bill Taylor's high standards and great work ethic. "Complicated job to install a ADA ramp, but they coordinated well with architect and township building department to get a thoroughly appropriate design. Work was done efficiently and safely. James and Joe arrived when they said they would, worked some long days, always left the property clean and uncluttered and was friendly and pleasant to work with.
