"We called rapid repairs about our broken water heater.  Elly came over and quoted us a price that was very reasonable compared to other plumbers we called.  After we agreed on the price, Elly went to work.  By that afternoon we had wonderful hot water again."

"Excellent service. I cannot say enough good things about Xavier. He was on time and when the problem was a leaky faucet, he came back again when I had the new faucet to instal it. A very professional outfit and great service. I will surely be calling them again if I have a plumbing issue at my apartment."

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.

"Two long days. A lot of outdated upgrades and repairs bring house to code. Lots of old leaking shut off valves replaced. I still need to repair holes in the walls but I’m confident the plum is solid."

"The work was done as promised. The workers were pleasant, skilled and neat. Andrea was on the job each day to set up the work with his foreman (Raffy) and was immediately available with any issue that arose. Each day the team left my home as clean as possible. I was kept informed throughout the process and my need to access key areas of the kitchen and the bathrooms was factored into the job. I would highly recommend this firm."

"Gene and his crew did a beautiful job on our new bathroom. They were there every morning on time, responsive to questions via text or email, and kept us aware of their progress as well as what was to come next. The demolition itself knocked a few nails through the walls adjacent to the bathroom but Gene happily fixed it himself. Gene even responded to questions and followed up with us following the job completion to ensure we were pleased."

"We were most impressed with Mark's efficiency, expertise and the ease with which he explained how the problem occurred, our options, and how to maintain an optimal system going forward. He also let us know we could call him anytime with any issue or question. We don't remember the last time we got such excellent service and recommend him highly!"

"When Frank delivered my cabinet doors and drawers all I could say was "WOW". They came out amazing. My thirty year old cabinets look brand new! I keep getting raves from family and friends who have stopped by. Frank was easy to work with. Arrived on time for our first appointment, went over everything with me and answered my questions. He answered the phone whenever I called him, and responded to emails promptly. I never felt ignored or forgotten. I would definitely not hesitate to use The Refinishing Company again."

"Picasso renovations did an amazing job doing a full get renovation on my two family home in Brooklyn. They did the demo, the framing, the floors, the kitchen, the crown molding, the bathrooms. All the work was clean and detailed, finished on the expected timeline as we discussed, everyone on the team is pleasant and hospitable, and they made a hard job feel easy breezy. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looked for a great GC!"

"I asked Master to give me a repair on bathroom plumbing repairs. They gave me a reasonable quote and based on their advice, I decided to just do a total bathroom renovation. I didn't use Master but they were very professional and knowledgeable."
