"If would could give a 6 we would! M.Mac Exteriors is a diamond in the ruff contractor. Mickey and his crew were at our house bright and early on time to put a new roof on our house. They worked very hard all day and did an absolutely amazing job. Mackey 's crew were professional, courteous and hard working. They even went above and beyond their job description and put in a light bulb high up on our house that we were having a real problem getting to since I have many health issues. We very much appreciated that! Mickey was very easy to work with. What we liked about Mickey above the rest of the quotes we got for this job was that he was not a typical "salesman" trying to sell us something and razzle and dazzle us. He was professional but also friendly and has a great personality , again something we really appreciated. He also has a good relationship with his crew...you can tell he is a good boss!! "The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. So I’m back again to get this work completed I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen who was very sweet and kind I missed my appointment due to a same day meeting at work which I felt bad but she was graceful and kind. Now today I had another opportunity to speak to Andrew he was once again very polite professional very transparent very informative knowledgeable patient and helpful.
