This summer we took on a very large outdoor project which included an inground gunite pool, paver pool deck, fire pit, paver patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 20 x 20 covered deck with a fireplace. We used 3 separate contractors for each phase of our project. Despite a minor setback in scheduling due to Covid, Keystone understood the magnitude of our project and how one phase affected the other. "Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. The Home Improvement Coach spent a lot of time with me prior to the project starting and because of their experience working in older homes, made me feel comfortable that if anything did come up, they could handle it. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time and on budget. My biggest things when evaluating contractors are quality of work and communication. The Home Improvement Coach excels at both. I was happily surprised during the project at their willingness to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate. "The team from StoneCraft LLC did an incredible job restoring our 40 foot tall chimney, pouring a new concrete crown and installing stone veneer and new flashing. The team was professional and quick, going from scaffolding to completion and cleanup in two weeks.
