"This moving company was amazing! We had three men (Lurii, John, & Serg) help us for three hours. They were extremely fast-working and on top of things. They were also very careful moving furniture around and did not get any scratches or marks anywhere. We will definitely be using them again!

"They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."

"John was excellent, very thorough in wanting to do the best job and solve the problems as to how to do it, and friendly."

"I wasn't happy with it, and I had to have them back out a couple of times. It is not a big deal, it happened a year ago. I paid them cash $1000, I paid them a check and they said they never got the check, I had to send them copies of the check. Their accounting department leaves a little to be desired. I wasn't happy with the work and the aftermath. I would not use them again. "

"Pernell and Joseph were terrific! Pernell was precise but friendly on the phone. They were both professional but warm when they arrived. They loaded up half a truck's worth of old lumber, furniture, and other junk quietly and efficiently, then cleaned up the driveway when they were done. They were so helpful and pleasant, this may inspire me to finish cleaning out the garage! I highly recommend A Junk Free Planet."

"One thing that I didn't realize is that I had a putrid sofa and chair and asked them to vacuum that.  Even though it's not part of their services, they did clean that and that was very nice.  They were prompt and there's a time that they were here and they did a good job. "

"Green NRG did a great job at our business. I very happy with the customer service and the crew that did the installation. thank you all"

"They ended up doing our entire backyard (pool and pavers) and it came out amazing. The pool is the center obviously. Took out the set of plastic stairs, bricked it in, added a Baja bench and put the stairs inside the pool. It is such a dramatic difference from the vinyl liner pool it is hard to believe it is the same pool. They also installed new pool equipment and provided the docs to get the variable speed pump rebate. Had some minor issues with tiles after it was all done and they came right out and fixed it. Good experience"

"I've used United States Pools (Palm Desert a.k.a. Pool Spa America) since 2008 for repair work and routine service of a large in-ground spa (gunnite and plaster).
Repair work included helping resolve a horrible mess with a pool controller manufacturer who would not honor their warranty but we got it repaired under warranty.  They've replaced a broken light fixture, repaired broken conduit, cleaned filter, and incidentals  Their prices for these were reasonable and quality fine.  There were more delays than I'd like but none of these items were urgent.  Their quote for tile cleaning was excessive so I did not hire them for this.
I also used them for more than a year to do weekly cleaning/service and was not satisfied with this.  They did not use correct chemicals, despite my protests and frequent algae growth.
My grades average the good and bad.  I recommend highly for repairs and low for routine service.
