"Pretty well. The rugs look A LOT better, and the tile and grout is noticeably cleaner and lighter in color. However, the corners and edges of the tile were not completely clean (presumably because their machine can't get into tight spaces). After they left, I cleaned those parts myself using an old toothbrush and various cleaning solutions. I also had to remove the paint splatter myself using "Goof Off". But overall, I am happy with the job because the floors were SO dirty before they came and they were SO much cleaner after they left. No one ever cleans my floors as well as I do, but it would have taken me FOREVER to achieve what they did with their professional equipment."

"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."

"Chris and his team at Timeless Stone are fantastic. From the estimate process, through stone selection, template and install these guys did a great job. They have a nice selection of interesting slabs at their yard, offered competitive prices and a very fast turnaround time. They were communicative, punctual (usually early!) and were willing to work with me to get my project done in  phases. Beautiful work, nice people, decent prices, and fast turnaround. What more can you ask for? I would absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again when we build our outdoor kitchen.
