"Steve did an excellent job. He was very thorough and he very thoroughly explained what he was doing. He was methodical but a little slow and that was okay. I would rather have him be a little slow and do it right. The guys that we had come out several years ago just looked through it. There were a couple of dings in the house that they left in the stucco and whatever but this guy was slower. It took him longer to do it, like a day and a half, but he did not make any mistakes. There were no dings in our stucco so slow is a good thing. There is nothing that I disliked about his work. The sunscreens matched. We have the dual pane aluminum windows and he made sure that the outside screen was aligned with the window pane. It is a little bit really sunny and I would have never even thought about that until after he was done and I went, "Well, that is awesome." I will absolutely use him again in the future."

"Crew was on time, professional and entire project was finished within a week and a half once the project started (ran into some delays due to COVID-19 shutdown, delay on getting permits, etc.). They tore out old deck due to rotting beams and prepared fascia for new cable railings. They installed Woodtone siding, which looks *fantastic* and makes a great accent to the new exterior Benjamin Moore dark gray paint job. Daniil and crew were very responsive whenever we asked about something - they want customers to have a great experience. Overall, very pleased and would recommend!"

"DL Design Construction did a superb job of replacing old and rotted wood siding on our house with long-lasting James Hardie fiber cement siding. Ours was not a whole-house project, just some accents, and a chimney tower, but DL tackled it with professionalism and attention to detail. There was never a sense that their crew was rushing and they absolutely did not cut any corners. They fixed some dry rot that was under the old siding at a very reasonable cost. Every stage of the job passed inspection easily, and the end result looks great. Their bid was highly competitive and their workers were capable and courteous throughout. Highly recommended."

"Danielle's windows is a family owned business. At the time of the estimate, both owners arrived and provided detailed info as to how the windows would be replaced and installed. Meticulous measurements were taken. Danielle was very helpful in selecting colors and understanding our goals for the contemporary style we were trying to achieve. Mike brought a wealth of technical information along on the initial visit to make sure our expectations were addressed. The windows were delivered ahead of schedule. Within two days of window delivery, the job was completed. Each window and slider installed was very carefully installed and checked for functionality. The caulking around each window was neatly installed. [Side Note: On a previous home owned in Modesto, we contacted a different Window Installation Company. After installation, the caulking job around the windows was terrible. (Smears and very poor workmanship). After installation, we had to have the company return several times due to leaks and improper operation of the window)] Dannielle's Windows did an excellent job of clean up immediately after installation. Each window was cleaned to perfection and the job was completed well ahead of the time frame indicated. A few months later, we noticed a slider screen had a slit at the bottom that wasn't noticed at time of installation. I contacted Danielle's Windows and a new slider was immediately ordered and scheduled for installation. We have new window installation planned for our garage/workshop. I will not hesitate to contact Danielle's Windows for these replacements. Both Danielle and Mike, along with their daughter Haley, were excellent to work with. "The owner, Steve, came to the house to do an estimate for me to have my patio cover and pergola removed, and a new one installed. He was personable and professional, listened to what I wanted , evaluated and measured the sight, and gave me the estimate. Steve was very, very thorough, answered all my questions, and even answered some I hadn't thought to ask. I gave him a deposit. He said that he would call me with a definite date to do the job after he went back to the office, but he thought it would most likely be in the last week of the month. <br /> I didn't hear from Steve, so I called on Monday, April 21st to get a date for the work. I spoke with Steve, and he said they would be at my house on Thursday, April 24th. On Tuesday, Steve called and asked if they could do the job the next day, which I agreed to. Scott and Mark arrived at 7:45AM on Wednesday, April 23rd. They proceeded to tear down the old structure and build and install the new one. I'm very, very pleased with the work they did. The new pergola is lovely, and really looks wonderful. Most of all, I appreciated how thorough and professional Scott and Mark were. They answered any questions I had, they explained <em>exactly</em> what they were doing, and they were very pleasant to deal with..They did such a great job cleaning up the yard! I had asked them to please be sure and look for nails and debris, as I was worried about my old dog stepping on a nail. Not only did they look for nails, but they looked for and removed every single little scrap of old wood and metal. I haven't found even one piece of debris left in the yard! I couldn't ask for better people to do the work, and I definitely will call SC Construction if I ever need their services again! <br /> Other than not hearing from Steve with a firm date, my entire interaction with SC Construction was perfect. The time probably just flew by because they were busy, and the and quot;problemand quot; was resolved with a simple phone call and a date to do the work. I have no complaints at all. They definitely deserve an and quot;Aand quot; rating. <br />"
