Not many people do this kind of work any more because it is so labor intensive. My location is not open to the public, so I will arrange pickup and delivery to a convenient location - or you can mail your books to me. I try to answer all phone calls during typical business hours, and I return all messages as soon as possible. It is not possible to offer a warranty for repairs, since I have no control over how a book is treated once it leaves my shop, but I promise to provide excellent work.
