"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. He was quick to figure out what the problem was (a broken valve inside the freezer), had to go to Lowe's to get a part, and was quick to get it put together again. He explained what he did while we waited for the ice thingy to fill up. The price was good and the Sunday appointment was a life saver, since it's hard to take off work to meet a repair person."
