They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. "My husband and I recently ordered (30) custom Pella windows from Lowes for our new home but all of them will all need to be returned. Pella Windows and doors I thought you would like to know how your product is being delivered to your customers. Could someone please let me know how the black window with WHITE grids would have left the warehouse? (Please see picture below that's one of many that came that way). Does anyone look over the orders before they are sent out to the customers location? I have attached numerous pictures of the damaged windows we received. A lot of the windows are not even put together correctly so water would come right through. Please see the pictures attached showing the dents, the scratches and the missing paint. I know I ordered your windows through Lowes but this is your product PELLA and you need to make this right. This puts us so far behind. We had hired help at our house when the windows were delivered yesterday but we couldn't install one of the windows because there is something wrong with all of them. There is nothing stunning about these windows! Do you stand behind your product?"
