"I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!"

"David and Zack came out to our house in December for a chimney cleaning and inspection. We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! We will definitely be hiring them for all of our maintenance going forward! I give Nevermore Services five stars because that’s all I’m allowed to give!"

"We had discovered a very small leak in our MB closet and upon inspection found we had roofing issues. We had thought about patching the roof and Jerry was amicable with discussing our options and also provided a full replacement estimate. After debating with ourselves on which way to go we decided to have the entire roof replaced. Jerry's wife Pam is super to deal with and very customer oriented even though we changed our minds a couple of times during the intital "what to do" phase. Jerry and his crew showed up promptly bright and early on the day agreed upon. We have a very large roof with steep pitch and were doubtful his crew could finish the same day. They did finish the same day, cleaned up the yard, including debris and nails. The roof looks great! We have not found a single nail anywhere! "About five years ago we had a bad roof leak from a previously botched roof job that required repairing <br /> the plywood under the shingles to stop leaking into the attic and down into a <br /> bedroom. When Artech Roofing and Construction arrived they assessed the problems <br /> and gave me a very fair price compared to other contractors. The other <br /> contractors pushed for selling me a whole new roof which we could not afford. <br /> The work was done promptly and properly and they also replaced 3 vent boots. <br />   <br /> In September we had another <br /> very bad leak that semi-flooded our living room. "Dan responded quickly to my request for a quote.  He and his associate arrived at the schedule time.  They removed the old water heaters and hauled them away.  The old intake and output lines need to be reconfigured since two water heaters were being replaced with one.  Dan replaced the old plastic lines with copper.  The exhaust vent also needed to be reconfigured.  Before leaving, Dan made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the work.  I am very pleased with the new water heater and the service Dan provided. "
