"Garcia Concrete Solutions LLC I was referred to Garcia concrete solutions by a neighbor. She had seen their work in a residential backyard. I was replacing cement on the side and rear of my home. Approximately (130 ft.)(24-30 ins) and (24 ins.)(30 ft.) across the back of my home. I asked that the quote include a 7x``15 front walkway as a separate item. I got 5 quotations ranging from 5500. to 10K. Mr. Garciaâ s quotation stood out for the following reasons: a. His quotation was direct. X cu. Yds of x psi cement installed per diagram. X inches of compacted gravel, x inches of cement deep. b. There was a landscaping element in my work. There were old patio pavers that needed to be lifted and the dirt levelled.
