The first time we hired Steve Everett we asked him to remodel our master bathroom, a remnant of the late 1970s. Steve worked with us every step of the way. After carefully measuring the space available, he offered a number of options for how our bathroom might be renovated. Once we decided on the bathroom’s new configuration, styles and colors, Steve and his competent crew went to work. They immediately impressed us by employing large screens and tarps to protect our adjoining rooms and furniture. They took great care to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. Then, after painstaking preparation, they installed a beautiful tile shower and floor and a new cabinet and sink. The quality of their workmanship quickly became apparent as they worked toward project completion. Once complete, we were amazed at how different our upgraded bathroom looked and how DreamMaker made it so much more appealing. We also seemed to gain space, a direct result of Steve Everett’s more efficient design. We love our larger shower and feel much safer with the expanded floor space. After a wonderful first experience with DreamMaker, we again hired Steve Everett to remodel our second bathroom. This time we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. Then, in 2016, we hired DreamMaker for a third project. We were confident DreamMaker could deliver and that is just what they did. Steve Everett and his DreamMaker crew successfully updated our 1970s era bathrooms bringing them into the 21st century. Needed carpenter to build a footbridge using repurposed wood, install insect screen under raised screen-in porch, install oak handrails, fix the threshold to our front door, and add shoe molding in basement. JW (owner) was pleasant, professional, and thorough when he came out to give an estimate. He listened to what we wanted done and suggested ways to make it work. Scheduling was a breeze. A team of two came out to complete our projects. Of course temperatures were in the 90s, but they worked nonstop. Pedro (crew chief) built our footbridge based only on description. The results were amazing. It's sturdy, attractive, and durable. Kudos for great work. Other projects were completed within the timeframe with Kevin working on the screen and railings with assistance from Pedro. The crew was timely, professional, courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. All work was completed within 4 days. There was only a minor issue with the oak hand rails (needed additional sanding) -- which was remedied quickly after review of the project manager, Bob. JW was a tad more expensive that other bids, but in the end, well worth the price. Glad we went with them."

The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right. We had a few hiccups throughout the process - as this was done during Covid, so there were supply issues, delays and so forth, but Chris and his guys did an amazing job.
