"He is undoubtedly the best guy for carpet cleaning I have ever had. I can’t say enough great things about him. As a person, he is a wonderful guy. The carpets are so clean and he is able to really focus on getting spots out if there are troubled areas. He charges a little bit for that but not very much considering what he can do to a carpet. He provides a spot cleaner with a very expensive folder that explains how to take spots off your carpet. Like when you spill coffee, he has a very detailed process to get that coffee stain out which actually happened to me. I just followed the program that he said and the checklist, I was able to get the stain out. He also told me that if the stain will not be totally cleaned and form a shadow, he will come back and clean it again free of charge. He is just really generous as far as his services are concerned. He really looks out for the care of my carpet. <br /> <br /> The price was very much in line with what he did."

"Things I liked: David and his crew were extremely polite, personable, and professional. (The "three ps" of a good contractor.) They were willing to work around my schedule, particularly because of the later start. These guys were fast...like really fast. Got my job done in a day! Everything was explained to me, and I got some instructions on care and limitations of finishing over top of their trenches. They came back to do some brief touch-up work the next day, and left everything clean and tidy. David even worked around some of the goofy stuff in my basement. You know, the stuff you might find in a 100+ year-old house. All of the various drains, services, and pipes were left untouched, which is impressive because some of them were veeeeeery close to the perimeter where they were installing the drain. Lastly, my basement is now dry. Had a deluge of rain immediately following the work and I have not seen a drop! :D Things that could be improved on: Price - I mean, a price can always be lower, but their price is definitely fair for what is included. Their system was more expensive than some of their competitors, but there were several things about it that I preferred over others. Punctuality - The digital appointment card I was sent was for 8 AM so I was under the impression that they would arrive then (or soon after). I called at 9 to check in and was told they'd be there at 12:30 PM. This was not a problem for me, but I wish I had been told that earlier. Granted, the appointment I was sent could have just be left at the default time. Either way, not a big deal, but a bit of miscommunication. Bottom line: David and his crew were excellent. I would hire them again. My basement is dry. :D"

"Good.  He was timely and he does quality work.  The only thing was when I went to check over everything, he had missed one of the insides of the bedroom closets. <br /> <br /> Again the only issues I had were with contacting him and having him follow-up (which was NOT timely) and the fact that he brought the smell of smoke into my home. <br />"

"If you have an emergency do not call this company. Contacted in September, consultant came first of Octoberand down payment for work was made. Mid- January and only half the job done. While Adao Natario was an excellent professional and did a great job sealing up the wall cracks in the basement,my disappointment with the Company in general is emense. Adao listened to my concerns and I’ll wait to see if the Company responds with appropriate work on the sump pump and discharge issue if they ever show up. Meanwhile, I am surrounded by water in the yard and just hope the sump pump in basement keeps working. Price below reflect only crack repair."
