"He arrived and did a visible inspection and began working. He treated everywhere needed. He returned at a later date to do a follow-up inspection and re-treated and saved our sofa!!  Things were "ALL CLEAR!" lol. "I purchased the Angie's List deal for a cleaning and inspection. Scheduling was quick and easy. They were able to send someone out about 1 week after I called. The only small hiccup was that the provider was running behind schedule but they didn't call us to let us know. When we called, they were able to give us an ETA, and the technician arrived within the scheduling window. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The technician didn't try to up sell us on any costly repairs. I will use them again next year!"

They evaluated our landscaping. When they come out personally and spend time, you know they are willing to do a good job in terms of customer service. Its whenever they can slide us in. They self direct their work. The willing to come out ahead of time. That is a high mark on their professionalism. They are willing to have a full discussion with their customer."
