I could not use water for almost sever hours an inconvenience since job was estimated to be "about 4 hours". I think he took a deserved lunch break for about an hour. He was on time and was courteous and pleasant. Would have been nice if he had a helper."

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

I thought I needed a tankless hot water heater, which is very expensive but he gave me an alternative that I’m happy with. I had a tankless hot water heater in the past and that’s all I knew about getting instant hot water. The system he set up for me is just as good and cost pennies on the dollar compared to tankless. And his price was going to be several hundred dollars higher than Climate Master. So I figured I would go with them. The people that come by are always very pleasant and they seem to do a good job.
