"I contacted NRG Electric because we had an emergency situation. The main power connecting to the meter was toast and the panel was getting fried. Josh and Mark came in and identified the issues, made it temporarily safe, got the materials and replaced the meter and panel. They also ensured that the pre-existing wiring, and loads on that wiring was safe. I was without power for a total of 4 hours. They were absolute professionals. When they left there was no sign that they had ever been there other than a new box and panel.
