"They were excellent about helping me work through the details of an entirely new layout. Their measurements were careful and precise. When it came time for installation, the carpenters worked carefully to resolve any difficulties with the cabinets matching up perfectly in the corners and places where my old house wasn't "neat and square". They were timely and worked with my contractor to accommodate with his schedule for installation. I have been thoroughly pleased with their work. "I interacted with one associate, Ben. He was not at all competent. He took weeks to respond, and when he did, he was usually flustered and not very helpful. He messed up two of the orders, and refused to help me get the cabinets after he failed to deliver on the date he said he would.  <br /> When I need cabinets for this same line, I now use a business in North Carolina. I would rather do business with them and drive 3 hours, than do business with Cabinetry with TLC and drive 5 minutes. <br />"

The quote process was very smooth - Blake returned my call promptly and scheduled a time to measure and hear my wishlist which included new cabinets, the removal of a wall, and the addition of an island. He made great suggestions after he listened to what I wanted. The appointment was quick, and when I received my itemized quote and layout drawings, I was happy to see that everything we discussed was included at a price I thought was fair and reasonable. I was told a timeframe of when the work would start when I accepted the quote, and it started on time. Tim, the contractor, and his assistant Karen were WONDERFUL and did great work.
