"Great honest contractors. They did my bathrooms, hot water heater, unclogged my house drain and they did a French drain so my basement is not wet anymore. I already hired them to do my whole roof in the spring. I will hire them anytime."

"He was prompt, honest and had a sincere work ethic. He did not even want to take breaks. The quality of the floors are fabulous and he was worth every penny we paid him. If we need any flooring in the future, I will be calling Trevor."

"We were both so pleased with Robert! At the time I contacted him I told him what is wanted done. We removed the carpet from the room we wanted done and wanted a pet proof and water resistant floor installed. We didn’t know what exactly we wanted and Robert jumped right in and asked the a bunch of questions. He also educated about the types of flooring available and their differences between them. He asked what color flooring we want and I sent him multiple pictures. He contacted me back and offered to bring samples which he did pretty quickly! Upon his arrival he’s showed us the samples, we selected what we wanted and he measured the room. He immediately went to order the flooring. It arrived in about a week and he was here as soon as our schedules permitted. He did an amazing job! In fact, we had him come back to do a second room. On top of his knowledge and professionalism, he’s a kind, hardworking and honest man. If you hire him you won’t be disappointed!"

"Express Floors has completed Numerous jobs for me and have done an excellent job! We purchased our Countertops and LVP flooring from them! Would definitely use them again!"

"Patrick. was detailed in the work he did , he transformed my rooms to meet the vision that I had. When moving my couches back, he put pads on the feet so they wouldnâ t scratch the floors. I would highly recommend him."

"Mr. Hargrove was very responsive and professional.  We contacted 2 other companies and never really got any response from either of them.  Mr. Hargrove was on time for every meeting or contact, and never failed to return calls promptly.  We agreed to pay half up front, and when we accidentally mis-dated the check, he drove about 45 minutes to meet us halfway to get him a new one, which he then used to buy the materials.  During the second day of work on the roof, rain interrupted progress, and they covered up what was unfinished, to resume the following day, when they finished.  They did a pretty good job of cleanup, which was made much more difficult by the amount of leaves that had fallen around the house - it would have been very hard to find the small fragments of shingles and nails all those leaves.  I later was able to blow both the small scraps along with the leaves out of the plant beds and into the woods.  I did find a few nails, but again it was nearly impossible to find them until the leaves were blown away.  The work crew was polite and professional.  I felt the price was a little higher than expected, but we did use high-grade stain-resistant shingles, and overall I felt the value received was good.  The new roof has yet to experience rain, but it looks tight and solid and I do not anticipate any leaks.  The shingles look good and are noticeably higher quality than the ones we replaced.  Mr. Hargrove pointed out to me several places where they had applied extra sealant to ensure that vent joints and other potential sources of leaks were well-sealed and should not cause problems.

"The service was excellent. The flooring is beautiful. People who have visited the home have complimented how nicely the flooring looks."

"If you want a contractor who will pay attention to problems/defects from previous repairs (or original construction), bring these to your attention and correct the problem, then Cyril is the guy for you.
Was the final cost higher than the estimate?  Yes, but only because he discovered problems with the original construction to my attention and provided suggestions to resolve.  When you find that the posts that hold up a deck 20+ feet high are sitting on dirt or a scrap of 2x10 with no concrete support, that's something I want to know and fix.  The final cost was reasonable, given the extra work I authorized Cyril to complete in order to ensure the safety of my family and guest.  Cyril always let me know what he had found, including pictures to document (I wasn't on site) and didn't perform extra work without permission.
I think he did a fabulous job.  We are very pleased with the work and the finished result.
I will definitely use Cyril again.

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"
