"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"Our basement flooded on and off from October to November, 2018. We were sucking up water every 2-4 hours for weeks not knowing where this water was coming from. These folks came out to look at our mess, quoted the job, and came back the day after Thanksgiving thru the weekend to work on our basement. They jackhammered the floor around the entire room, laid piping, installed two pumps, installed piping outside for the discharge, and repoured the cement floor. The guys were professional, treated our home with respect, and cleaned up after themselves. Fast forward a few weeks and the discharge pipe area collapsed outside. It didn't seem a big deal since the water was still flowing away from the house. Ground's frozen and lots of snow so they set up a March 12 appointment to fix this. February 12 we were having a problem with the pump constantly running with constant alarm tone. The collapsed hole outside is now a pond backfilling against the foundation. They came back out on the 13th first thing to check it out. Pipe was broken and frozen, water had nowhere to go and was backfilling. He dug up the pipe, relaid pipe on top of the ground directing water back where it was supposed to go, confirmed pumps and backup battery were working. Long story short yes we have a mess outside but they responded quickly and fixed the immediate problem we had until the permanent fix scheduled for March 12 . It's unfortunate the pipe split and later froze, the tech did say he'd never seen that happen. I would highly recommend this company. They helped us deal with a very stressful situation and gave us our home back. Any problem we had was dealt with professionally by their service department in a timely manner. "I called for a quote, and they came over the same day. I got a very fair quote, and two days later he arrived when they said they would, fixed the cracks, and walked me through everything. He also stated if I had any issues at all, just call him. However, I'll tell you, the stuff they use is awesome, and it will be there long after the house is gone I would guess!! They even caulked around the entire area, cleaned it out etc. Used hydraulic lift to lift it and then put the foundation repair compound. THank you."

I wanted unique industrial counters so they opted for poured concrete. LOVE THEM! They go perfectly with my stainless steel appliances. They moved the gas stove which required moving the gas lines to the other side of the kitchen (a new kitchen island). To soften the look of the kitchen United created floating dark wood shelves. They repaired the old wood floors and refinished them. This is only a fraction of the work they did."
