"Pat was wonderful. Very attentive and professional. Our water heater replacement was a huge challenge. It was located in a tight closet under a staircase and several gas lines had to be removed just to get it out. He then had to cut one of the top supply lines because the nut had seized up. Once he got it out and the new one was placed in, we realized the diameter was slightly larger then the old one was. After some maneuvering, it fit perfectly. One of the top supply lines had to be reconfigured, and another challenge was that it was hard to melt the soder to join the pipe together because of the difficulty to see, but Pat nailed it. No leaks! Great job! Highly recommended!"

"Initially, I had called another plumber to unclog a kitchen sink (my questions are posted in the plumbing section). This first plumber routed out the sink, but that caused more backup down the line which he then referred me to a specialist that could pressure wash the entire line ($600.00). This may sound like a normal thing to do, however the line is only 15 feet long and is assessable from under the cottage (something my first plumber did not investigate). Cartenzo plumbing came out and replaced the poorly designed system with new pipe along with putting a bathroom sink back together and unclogging a toilet in another unit. We have many small rentals, and a tradesman that is willing to work quickly and efficiently on many small headaches is valuable to us.

"This company? Absolutely amazing. We had and emergency today with our bathroom. Toilet backed up and tub did also. 3 hours of trying to clear it, i couldnt. Even my snake didn't work. Ryan came out in a few course. Showed us the camera inside our pipes. Explained in detail where our issue was with the blockage from tree roots. He cut them out and problem resolved. "Marc was the consummate professional. He arrived when he said he would, took all necessary care in the preparation and execution of the work, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to meet our expectations. He located the leak, sealed it, and wrapped the offending metal pipe in insulation to prevent possible future condensation problems. He removed mold and damaged plaster work from the bathroom and refinished the wall and ceiling. He took pictures in the attic space to show us the work he did. The work required multiple visits to allow plaster to dry. Mark was willing to work around our schedule and got the job completed pretty much within 24 hours.
