"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. Superior had one on the truck which did fit and they got the job done! Excellent service!"

"All went very well. We purchased our new condo (built in 2000) in September of 2017 and there were stickers for Heritage on all the heating and A/C equipment items. Since everything was in good working condition when we moved in, we figured we would try the company. I was very impressed with Tom, who came out, checked things out and helped us to understand our contract. We were comfortable with him and the contract. Since then, Tom has been here 1 more time to assess the condition of our heating equipment, as per contract and that went well also. Me being somewhat new to the type of heating equipment we have, Tom took time to explain how things worked and even gave me a few hints as to how to save energy with our furnace/water heater. "Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.
