"Phil and Doug were wonderful to work with- very responsive, professional, and answered all of my questions. We replaced a regular window in our home with a 7 foot bay window, which is beautiful and we absolutely love it. My one complaint was that a hole in the wall underneath the window was left following the installation, as well as some cracks, which were patched with a foamy substance but not a proper smooth plaster repair job that could be painted. We had to take care of that repair ourselves. Otherwise, my experience was very positive."

"The work was done 2 months ago, so I feel comfortable with not only describing how I perceived the work was done, but also better judge the quality of the delivered product. The team worked diligently and thoughtfully. They had the attention to detail and made sure that the most critical aspect of the work is paid attention to: protection from water on the outside - also of the trims. That work was done with great care. Insulation was well placed, the windows very well leveled out. They close perfectly. One window was initially not perfectly closing, although very well leveled out. The company followed up immediately, came back and fixed this issue: one side of the window had a bit too much insulation between frame and wall. This slightly curved the right side of the window frame. They removed some of that insulation and the problem was solved. All team members very friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain things. This work was done and to the standards I'm mostly used to from living in Germany. I'm glad whenever I see this kind of quality. Custom Projects is one of the companies I highly recommend."

"Northeast Remediation performed deleading on my home, involving replacement of windows and the garage door. The house passed re-inspection for full compliance as soon as they were finished. The only issue was that they had problems getting one of their suppliers to provide a custom sized replacement garage door in a timely manner. This delayed fully completing the job by about a month while they found a different supplier. However, they were generally very responsive with communication and the work quality was good so I would not hesitate to use them again."
