"Mel and his crew remodeled my kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and replaced my back deck. They took down a wall between my kitchen and livingroom to really open the space. They did a wonderful job. They were on time and Mel and Micheal were always available to answer any questions I had. The whole remodel took a few weeks longer than expected but that was due to deliveries being postponed. A few subcontractors were a little messy or didn't clean up but Micheal was there to correct all the issues usually before I said anything or even noticed. Overall I was pleased and my husband and I are so happy in our newly remodeled home!"

They brought any problems or concerns to my attention that was not covered under the original work order so that I could make a timely and correct decision as to what to do. They treated our church basement as if they were working on their own personal home. They left the basement as clean as they found it. "My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.
