"Precision air and heat, llc based out of SC and NC installed a condenser unit and evap coil for me over 3 weeks ago. The 2 gentlemen that performed the installation were great and polite. Once done, I informed Precision that the supply temp was fluctuating. They informed me by text and voice that someone would come out to check the refrigerant pressures. No one showed or called. I was also told that I would receive confirmation that the units would be registered for warranty and an inspection would be scheduled to close the permit. Neither have been done. I called Abdul, the service manager and he made it seem like it was my fallult for not chasing them down enough. I called Asia about all of the above. She said she would call back and never did. I contacted Roger Costner. He did not apologize or try to make things right. If you have been wronged by them, I would contact the BBB even though they are not accredited (not surprised). I'd also inform the companies they rep. In my case, it's Tempstar."
