"Quick response to my needs. Technician Wesley was knowledgable, courteous, friendly and thorough. Parts needs to be ordered. Took a few days, but when parts came in, Wesley was here to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the results !"

"Richard was great. Showed up about five minutes before the appointed time so extremely punctual very professional very courteous very knowledgeable felt very comfortable with his expertise and have no concerns about the work he provided. Would definitely use him again and definitely recommend him. Great job great guy!"

"I first asked for a quote back in February of 2024. When I received the quote I decided to wait on this project. Then we lost power for 2 days due to a storm. I then decided it was time and contacted the contractor again. He sent me an updated quote and the project was scheduled. It's now installed and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Hopefully it will be a long time before we need to use the generator because we lose our power. But we are ready when it happens. I will definitely use this company again for any electrical jobs that come up. Andrew and his crew were great."

"Easiest to work with contractor ever. Communicative, easy going, and good at his work. 10/10 recommend"

"Very helpful in helping me determine how I got the room ready for him to paint. He gave me a very good quote for the work. There was less labor time than the quote and as a result he charged less. Would use him again for other paint work."

"This is the second project I’ve hired him for, and once again he exceeded my expectations. He framed the area for the heating and air conditioning units in our pole barn and also handled the installation of the units themselves. His workmanship was excellent, the framing was solid and professionally done, and the installation was completed with great attention to detail. He was reliable, communicated well throughout the project, and kept the work area organized. It’s difficult to find contractors you can trust, but he has earned my confidence, and I will definitely hire him again for future projects. Highly recommended."

"Very good service and fast"

"Wade removed my crumbling aggregate porch steps and replaced them with a wood set. I'm very pleased. His communication and promptness were great. He told me exactly what he planned to do and gave me a quote right away. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend Hansen Building & Renovations."

"Dave Orsi worked persistently to get our homeowners insurance to cover replacement for our leaky roof caused by wind and hail damage. Homestead’s crew did a good repair and eventually replacement shingling job Mark O."
