"We met Jeannine Briggs at the Cody, WY Home Show. She was very knowledgeable about her product and demonstrated why their windows are better than the competition. We arranged for her to come to our home to measure for an estimate. She showed up on time and gave us her quote to replace 3 windows. While their prices were a bit higher than the competition, their warranty is much better -- lifetime on windows, casings, and labor! We ordered the windows, but said we could not have them installed our "economic stimulus" check arrived. She worked with us -- took a very small down payment, with the balance to be paid on installation. When were finally able to have the windows installed, the installers showed up on time. They did an excellent job of installing the windows. They were very courteous and professional. They took their time to install properly, and cleaned up their mess upon completion of the job. Jeannine paid us visit a few days later to make sure the job was done properly. Since the windows were installed, we did have to call them back out. One of the windows was becoming hard to open. They came out within 4 days of my call and gladly fixed the problem. Since the windows are guaranteed for life, any subsequent repairs are also covered. The company rep replaced the felt around the window, and now it works fine!"
