Con Edison had given us a warning, but very short notice before they ultimately turned off the gas at my rental property in the Bronx due to a corroded pipe. Sonny and his team worked quickly and diligently to target the problem area and replace the part of the pipe/gas line that was necessary. In doing so, Sonny and his team was great in explaining to me the process step by step, coordinating with my tenants where necessary, and also coordinating with Con Edison and the city inspectors to schedule and go through the inspections that needed to be done once the work was completed.
