"Being a woman homeowner is hard. I usually have to steel myself for any home repairs I hire someone for as it usually involves a man talking down to me or assuming I’m not the decision maker. Nathan was kind, respectful, and communicative. He answered my questions as I had them, and spoke to me ad a collaborator. You would do well to hire Triangle Plumbing."

"I had a great experience with Eric, the owner of this company. He showed up on time. He was knowledgable and didn't fix anything unless it required to be fixed. I had quite a bit of plumbing needs in my basement. I needed a new water heater, toilet, and sump pump. I was planning on removing the old water softener, but he managed to get it up and running. He installed new valves to replace the awful saddle valves that were there from previous owners. I knew from previous experience, that saddle valves would end up leaking if they were not taken care of. He was also REASONABLY priced. He wasn't scary high or oddly low. As a single mother, I felt safe in his presence and did not feel taken advantage of regarding the work involved. Eventually I will need to replace the water shut off valve and put in a new bathroom vanity. I will definitely hire him again! I'm so relieved to find a knowledgable plumber that does not take advantage of unknowledgeable people and who charge a reasonable and fair rate. Thank you Eric for the amazing work you have completed for me! I will be calling you soon!"

"He will be installing it next Friday. It's been excellent working with him so far and he has had good communication and follow up."

"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "Mr. Rooter Plumbing is EXCELLENT! Jordan worked incredibly hard, nonstop to resolve a clog and water back flow issue. He was very professional, skilled, and did an OUTSTANDING job! I called first thing in the morning and they were out here working by 9am! I am very impressed with this company and the quality of their work! Thank you so much! Lisa Guzman"

"I purchased an "Angie's Big Deal" to have three small jobs done at my home. I needed a toilet put in place in my powder room, a faucet changed in my kitchen, and a water filter installed in the kitchen. These three projects took longer than expected and I ended up paying for additional labor time. The installer encountered a few problems installing the water filtration system and had to come back out to correct them. Phone calls were returned promptly and follow-up before, during, and after the projects were completed was good."
