This involved replacing carpet with vinyl plank flooring, some framing/drywall work, painting, tiling, etc. As always Mark and his crew did a great job. "Jess showed up on time every morning. He always cleaned up before he left for the day. He made sure we were happy with all the materials and paint before continuing. All of the work was of superior quality. Shutters were removed from the house, painted and put back on after the house had been painted. The doors fit perfectly and the dry wall on the inside was undamaged. He was able to use 95% of all the original trim (no breaks)! The house was painted entirely by brush, I am very pleased with the results. No overspray on the windows, patio furniture etc...
