The next day I experienced the same temperature control issues that prompted my original call. I called Justin and a second appointment was scheduled. "I contacted Schuyler because he had successfully repaired the oven in my gas range two years ago after another company botched the repair and overcharged me. This time I contacted him because my dishwasher was leaking and one of the burners on my gas range had ceased to ignite, despite repeated cleanings. Schuyler came to my house at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problems. He warned me that it could take up to two weeks to receive a part from Bosch, the dishwasher manufacturer, and indeed it did.
