He provided all the information necessary, in addition the helpful online information, before making the sale, and there was no pressure for the more expensive models. He continued to be highly responsive and courteous even after we signed on the dotted line. The installation of 26 windows was done by a contracted team on the days it was scheduled to be done, and everything went well. The windows look very nice and provide the improved insulation we were hoping for. Obviously only time will tell how they hold up in the future, but I have full confidence that Matt will honor the warranty that should cover any potential issues. After the installation, one of the windows was hard to open and another one had a very small dent, probably from the delivery, but he fixed both issues without discussion. I recommend Zen Windows without any hesitation."

"Danny and his partner installed all 8 windows in 3-1/2 hours. They where both very professional and courteous. Left all areas inside and out very clean. Very, very impressed with there professionalism and courtesy. Danny and I found a small scratch on 1 window between the 2 panes. Danny is ordering a new upper window and assured me it will be replaced in about 3 weeks. When Danny returns I will also show him I am having a problem latching one of the bedroom windows.
