They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. "This is the second time that I have used S&S Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. The first time was to fix very large sink holes that were opening up in my front yard, apparently due to underground collapsed drainage piping. This time, when I contacted Steve I asked if they did retaining walls. Steve came to look at the job. I immediately expressed my concern with my limited budget, which Steve completely understood. He offered several options on how to complete the job within my budgetary constraints. We hired S&S Waterpoofing and Foundation Repair to do the job. During each phase of the job, Steve sent me photos of the job progression. He answered any questions that I had almost immediately via text message. Most importantly, he also made sure that my wife was onboard with anything that they were doing. Apparently he knows who controls the money and who the boss is! LOL!
