"Jeff and his team recently completed two projects for us. First, they completely remodeled our master bathroom. This was a two-week+ project where they first removed our old bathroom, right down to the studs, and then expertly rebuilt every component of our new bathroom, including replacing a 40 year old bathtub with a beautiful new tiled shower. We are thrilled with our new bath. The second project they completed was to completely remodel our garage---floor to ceiling--- with new sheetrock, electrical, insulation, and paint. Early during this project Jeff discovered several electrical code violations, that he and his team then spent over a day correcting. This was unanticipated and required more work, although Jeff did not increase his price for the project. Throughout both projects we found Jeff to be very easy to work with and responsive to any questions or suggestions that we had. His crew was always on-time and kept the job site neat---cleaning-up at the end of each day. We are planning on having Northgate remodel our second bathrooom and replace our front door in early spring and would highly recommend Jeff and his team for any and all home remodeling projects. "I reached out to Chattel Construction when I was closing on my home. I was anxious to get work started (and completed) as soon as possible. Scott and Paul were great from the start. They were very open about ballpark prices, what was realistic, and what isn't worth spending money on. Doing a major renovation is daunting as a single woman with no construction experience. But with CCC, I was treated with nothing but respect from everyone involved. Scott quickly prepared a thorough quote and worked to make sure it covered everything I wanted. Their prices were as I expected and the only change orders I received were for extra work I requested. I had a reasonably large project in a 125 year old victorian home. CCC renovated the two upper floors by gutting two big bathrooms, changing the floor plan to move walls and doors, built out a big closet, installed, new radiators, replaced the stair treads, and brought the original floors back to life. CCC worked quickly and efficiently, did great work, and resolved every issue that came up. My top floor is "difficult" with varying gabled ceilings that impacted the bathroom and closet space. Scott helped me figure out how to harmonize and work with the angles while making the most of the space. Everything turned out beautiful and even better than I expected. I am so happy I found CCC! I've already begun planning the second phase of my renovation and wouldn't even consider reaching out to anyone else to do the work."

We all hear horror stories about contractors not calling you back or not showing up on time or showing up at all. Not these guys! "They came for the estimate. I recieved the estimate and was going to hire them for part of the work. However, I left multiple messages and my calls, text and emails were not returned. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."

We got estimates from and spoke with many contractors and home improvement companies, but we were looking for someone we could work with for this and future projects as well as someone we could speak with for advice and guidance. Robert transformed our home from the worst looking house on the block to the best looking house on the block with new vinyl shake siding, custom doors, custom windows, custom interior window trim, exterior lighting, a new garage door, foundation repair and paint, framing, insulation, drywall installation and repair, and a bunch of other repairs along the way. He fixed numerous additional issues as the work was completed, giving us results that will last while keeping our budget in mind. It looks and feels like a brand new house. Robert and his team are also friendly and understanding. You may be reading this review in the future, but the year is 2020 and this is a very different year. My wife and I are both working from home, and our son is home too. Through the project, Robert and his team made sure to work area by area and cleaned as they moved to minimize the impact to our family. This level of care is very difficult to find. After working with Robert, I can say I will definitely work with him for all my future projects. After seeing Robert and his team working on our house and the results, our neighbors have started hiring him to take care of their various needs as well."
