While working he explained some maintenance and operation details that I needed to use over time in order to keep our unit operating well. The price of $95 for service call, cleaning and parts adjustments was well spent with this company whose guys understand top-notch service and customer care. I recommend them highly to anyone needing fireplace and BBQ grill sales and service."

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"Slow but the outcome was fantastic. We gave Kevin an idea of what we were looking for as far as look, layout, functionality, etc. He came up with initial sketches which were pretty close to what we had in mind. We made some minor modifications to the plan, and then got started. We had to do quite a bit of site work with utilities and excavation, which resulted in multiple delays (most of which were out of Kevin's control). The workmanship on the garage is very good. Kevin consulted with us on every detail of the project - layout of the driveway, stone on the exterior, roof & paint colors, lighting options - and gave his opinion on what would work and not work. Kevin's stone mason is amazing! The garage came out looking exactly like I pictured. I would work with Kevin again on any home project. <br />"

"The installation included a garage door opener and taking away the old doors. It did take a long time to get the door in, and I had to call them to ask where it was. However, I would use them again."

"Matt and his crew did a great job.  His price was significantly less than other bids we received so we were a bit concerned the quality wouldn't be there.  Not to worry.  They did a fine job.  I've recommended him to friends and family. <br /> A couple things though. <br /> We did use the painter he suggested and weren't too happy with the job she did.  She was there three days and she missed a lot of spots.  Several months later and we're still finding areas that have to be touched up.  To his credit, Matt made a return trip after she was done and tried to fix things up, but there are a lot of spots to be retouched. <br /> Also, it did take him longer than we anticipated to finish the job, about a month or so longer.  Still, I attribute that to him being a perfectionist, and I'm not really going to complain about that.   <br /> All in all, a fine job, and we'd certainly use Sodonis Group again. <br /> <br /> <br />"
