"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

The plumber had to cut a hole in the plaster ceiling about 12 x 12" and then cut the pipe where it was leaking and replaced it with plastic pipe. It took about 2 hours total. We were charged a little over $1200. We were in a hurry to get it done, but we feel the price was very expensive. He solved the problem well, but wish we would have had the time to shop around."
