"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"APV Mechanical got onto the roof of my business and checked the a?c compressor and discovered that the "main" circuit breaker required replacing. They also checked the breaker panel breaker and found it to be functioning correctly. They then went to the air handler and discovered that the thermostat was not sending the necessary signal to the air handler. They repaired the problem and the a/c  is functioning as it should.
I will definitely use them again should the need arise.
