"Shaq and Zac did outstanding work on raising our garage, porch and sidewalk and creating a drain in the sidewalk for rain spout. Very professional, polite, answered all questions and cleaned up afterwards. Extremely pleased with the work!"

"I recently hired Hudelle Construction to resurface my driveway, and I’m extremely impressed with their work. They started by thoroughly power washing the driveway, which revealed many more cracks than I had noticed before. Their team expertly sealed these cracks, preventing future damage, and then resurfaced the driveway beautifully. The professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality craftsmanship were outstanding. My driveway looks fantastic and feels built to last. I highly recommend Hudelle Construction for their thorough and excellent service!"

"We had some foundation issues a number of years ago and had the ASFR team do a conventional leveling of our foundation. The did a great job at the time, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. The team was incredibly responsive at the time of installation and they have been more than willing to stand by there work in all the years since. Recently, we found that due to some additional settling one of the jacks had come loose. When I called to ask about the adjustment, they responded to my voicemail the same day and were more than willing to schedule a time within two business days to come do an adjustment. They are an experienced crew that take pride in their work and have been a pleasure to work with."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Rogers, AR

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
