"I removed all of the small furniture from the 3 rooms, hoping to allow more time and easier access for cleaning of higher traffic areas of the carpet. The provider arrived in the agreed upon window, and confirmed the price of $99 dollars for 3 rooms (I also purchased Scotch protectant for an additional $15). The provider cleaned the carpet, but the high traffic areas did not look clean. The provider explained that there was not much his process could do because “the carpet had been walked on with rubber soles”. I made clear to the provider that I was not happy with the cleaning and he did give me a 10% discount. I had the carpet cleaned a day later by another provider and I was much more satisfied. I've attached a picture showing an area of the carpet AFTER Chem-Dry of Wake County cleaned my carpet. It's a little tough to see, but I believe you can see the discoloration in front of both the closed and open door."

"We received an estimate from Drew and several others. Of them all, he was the most knowledgeable, honest and straight forward.  His estimate was not the cheapest, but it was competitive. His guidance on the laminate and  carpet type was exactly right.  <br>Oscar and his crew  removed the  old carpet and installed laminate in the entire upstairs of our house-- moved all furniture out and back -- and worked very efficiently. They were meticulous  with the trim work and attention to details. They did the job in 2 days as estimated.
