"Donald Rogerson responded very quickly, analyzed the photos I sent him, knew exactly what to bring, and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. He reassured me from the start, and took control of the situation with the utmost professionalism and clear communication. His work was impeccable, and he even insisted on cleaning up. I heartily recommend him, not only for water heater issues, but for any indoor plumbing need. He will certainly be my plumber from now on."

"Excellent work and the price was right. Replaced gas hot water heater and 3 shutoff valves. Everything to code for $1900. Very satisfied."

"Dean and his team of professionals always do a great job. We replaced the original HAVC for our upstairs and it has been cool summers and warm winters ever since. I was given a detailed and perfectly explained choice of three units and the costs for each. We chose the middle and the work was done on time and on budget, No additional or hidden costs. We have referred Dayco Systems in the past and will continue to do so."

"Design expert came out to my when I called. He was clean and on time, very professional throughout the whole process. Exceeded my expectations. Everything he promised would happen on install happen. Crews were very hard working and the attention to detail was amazing, they left the areas cleaner than when started."

"Tommy did several jobs including capping unused old gas lines, installing new gas line and tankless water heater, repairing bathroom fixtures and checking the water pipes and inside of our septic tank. He was fast, friendly, professional and patient with our questions. Would absolutely hire again."

"It went great. Bradley came over the same day & had the job completed in less than 1/2 hour. He had the parts and left the job better than the installing plumber. This company has been added to my digital friends list!"

"The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

"Great. Very nice man Was great to explain new things about my new faucet. An stopped the leaks under my sink. I would definitely hire him again. An give him as a referral. He also tighten a nut on the water nob that went to my comode that stopped that leak"

"Excellent, very knowledgeable, honest family owned business. Was able to arrive same day and immediately repair our water heater, charges were reasonable as well. We will certainly use them again and recommend to others in need."

"I had loudly squealing pipes with any water running, so did some internet research and found it could be related to the water pressure regulator. I started searching for a plumber. I found Troy and Sons on Home Advisor, read all of their posted reviews, then called and talked to Troy. He was very forthright with answers to my numerous questions, (too much internet research?!) and also quoted a better price than my first bid. There was no charge for someone to come out and assess the job on-site, so Norman came and confirmed there were no "extenuating circumstances" fees to be added. I called Troy and scheduled replacement of my water heater, expansion tank, and pressure regulator. While they were here doing the replacements, they also explained the benefits of having a shut off lever on the water heater itself, so I had that added at just a minimal additional charge. They were prompt, efficient, did an excellent job, and cleaned up the work area before departing. I had two slow running drains that I asked if they had time to look and, and they generously cleaned those at no additional charge. I have had two major plumbing jobs done before, each with a different plumber, but now Troy and Sons will be my go-to for any plumbing jobs they handle."
