He communicated effectively, and presented us with a professional and very cost effective quote. Jeremiah, who performed the contracted work, was polite and cordial. He also did an amazing job executing the task, which involved drywall repair, ceiling re-texturing, painting, reseating a toilet, and cleaning the areas he worked in when finished. I would certainly hire them again for household repairs too big to handle on my own."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
