"<p>First off, I cannot say enough good things about the SRI Construction owner, John DiMercurio.  John is without a doubt one of the most honest and hardworking contractors I've ever worked with.  Very outgoing, creative and totally customer oriented.  We originally were going to go with SRI for our renovations earlier this year and ended up cancelling due to my mother-in-law's health situation.  When her health stabilized we went back to John and signed the contract to proceed.  Unfortunately in the interim, he had signed a couple other contracts ahead of us and it affected our schedule.  However, knowing our family situation, John did a little juggling and got us scheduled much earlier than expected.  This was much appreciated and way over our expectations.  </p> <p>John is also number one in communications.  I have never worked with a more responsive contractor than John.  It didn't matter if I texted or emailed him with a question, he replied almost immediately.  Just amazing!  His responsiveness definitely lowered our stress level immensely.</p> <p>As far as price for the work done, John was very competitive with other companies.  The quality of the work was all top notch. "I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."
