"Olvin contacted me very soon after I posted my request on Angi. He asked for pictures and quoted me a price. This was a Sunday and by Thursday he was working on the project. He arrived at the specified time and started the work. He covered the floor leading to the powder room with a tarp and started pulling up the old floor. He asked us about how we would like the new tile laid and began to lay the pattern we requested. He keep the work area very clean and was very personable as well as professional. He came back the next morning to grout the tiles. We were so happy with the work performed and would certainly use him again as well as recommend him to anyone who needs tile work done."

"A couple of years ago we used Venezia tile to redo a bathroom. We loved how everything turned out. So when we decided to redo our kitchen, they were the first we called. We love our floor and backsplash. We used a herringbone style backsplash which was a lot more work than a typical subway tile. Andrea and his crew are extremely respectful and do amazing work. They lined up everything perfectly and took the time they needed to make sure the job was done correctly. They were very clean and hard working. Roberto is one of the vanishing breed of workers who take real pride in their work and pay attention to detail. I don't remember my slate floor ever looking so good. He's prompt, very friendly, does a thorough job and actually cleans up after himself (another rarity). I have no complaints and plan to use his services the next time I need to spiff up my floor."

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"I had a little bit of trouble connecting with the service manager, Declan, to arrange for an estimate. We kept missing each other's phone calls. Finally, we arranged (via voicemail) to meet at my apartment. He was on time, and very professional. We agreed on a price for the work and he was able to start the job within a week. In addition to cleaning the grout in the kitchen and bathrooms, I asked him if he would be able to remove a rust ring that had been on our bathtub since before we bought our apartment in 1997. On the day of the work, he and his helper showed up early. They finished the job in one day and the kitchen floor and bathroom tiles look absolutely sparkling and beautiful. They even got the rust off the bathtub. We had our kitchen renoved in 2005 and the grout was pretty dirty. It looks fantastic now. They cleaned up after themselves, and Declan was proactive in getting the approval from the managing agent for our apartment building to do the work. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I felt it was money well spent. I can't believe how nice and clean the kitchen and bathrooms look!"

"It went well. The job was done by Nick's grandson, Joseph and a helper. My house is about 75 years old and the ceramic tiles in the bathroom are original to the house. The tiles around the tub were loose and their were gaps in the grout. They replaced loose tiles and the soap dish with handle above the tub and re-grouted the walls above the tub. They cleaned up well. It now looks like new."
