Completed the repair in under an hour and charged me less than his original online estimate as the job was less involved than originally quoted. They made a big mess in my basement ruined most of my family’s clothes then proceeds to argue with me and my fiancé about how they are not a cleaning crew when THEY MADE THE MESS THEM SELVES! All they did is snake a drain found out the pipe collapsed. Told me the issue the. Left me with the mess to clean up my self."

"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

"I had an "Emmergency" basement flooding after washing a load of clothes. The drain was clogged near my washer, it backed up with this black stinky mess. I contacted Angi's List, he called right away. It was around 2pm , he was able to come that day around 7pm. Ken cleaned out the drain that led to the sewer it front of my house that had grown clogged with roots from my tree in the front yard. Great job would highly recommend! "
