"Very well. Tristan was professional, prompt, and polite. He understood immediately our need to have a way to get down basement stairs safely. I am 80. "We hired Mike to gut and remodel our kitchen at the beginning of February 2021. Work was to commence at the end of May, but he didn't start until July 12. Two windows were removed and plywood covered the hole. No dimensions or layouts were given and the design was substandard (artist's rendering only so we couldn't tell). The countertops weren't installed until October. He quit around Thanksgiving having received most of the money and without informing us that he'd never ordered replacement windows.
